Visual merchandisers use a triangular formation for their displays. Create a focul point at the centre of the display with larger items and work out with smaller items from there. This is proven to draw in consumers' eyes.

How To Create Window Displays on a budget
Windows create sales but they don’t need to cost a lot. Here’s our top tips to keeping costs down and retail sales up:

CREATE WINDOWS JUST USING POP MATERIAL
Your POP kit and hanging kit are available totally FREE of charge, just hang the posters, add the Totems and you are good to go.

2.
USE EMPTY BOTTLES IN YOUR DISPLAYS
Rather than having the cost of stock on display, keep empty bottles from the Stylist Station or Wash House to use in your windows.

3.
RECYCLE PROPS
Cube props are easy to find in home stores and can be used every season and with a little care will last for years. Reuseable as well as good for your pocket.

4.
USE INEXPENSIVE PROPS
The props featured here can often be picked up on the high street for next to nothing and are a win-win for your salon window.
