California Dreaming Big Sur hair colour formula

Subtle hair colour for curly hair

The new California Dreaming collection from Paul Mitchell® took inspiration from the landscape and lifestyle to create three iconic looks: Palm Springs, Big Sur and Malibu.

The twists and turns of scenic Highway 1 are the inspiration behind this look. The Big Sur hair colour features subtle whispers of blue and green tones on a canvas of tousled curls.

"This look is a woven pattern of varying khaki tones like soft olive, taupe and subtle blues, through a rich base that looks as beautiful while it processes as it does when it's finished. The neutral shades are woven into the curls so subtly that you almost don’t notice it, but then you do. –Thomas Cousins, John Paul Mitchell Systems® Artist
