"“I joined Salon Success in March 2006. Although my job title hasn’t changed my role has developed hugely since then, increasing my responsibility and influence within the company.

The thing I love most about working with 3∙6∙5 is my team. We all work together to achieve things, which is especially important when we have events. Our events have been all over the UK, including Ireland, London, Manchester and Birmingham! On a daily basis I am in contact with our 3·6·5 members, internal departments within Salon Success and lots of suppliers such as hotels, audio visual companies and logistics.

“I joined Salon Success in 1991 when the company was considerably smaller and the Club Services Team helped in all areas of the business. So much has changed over the years – I’m now the team leader for Club Services and the company has quadrupled in size.

I feel we provide a very different service to our salons in comparison to our competitors. We work with over 1,200 salons and have become consultants, problem solving and giving advice to develop truly great business partnerships.

After a break of five years to have my children, I came back to join the same team and it was great to see the role had evolved. What I love most about the company is that I can be myself. Being part of Salon Success has made me who I am today, nurtured me, given me confidence, maturity and shaped my philosophies in life.
