The Salon Success way.

Salon Success was founded in 1979 by Leslie Spears, winner of the Fellowship for British Hairdressing ‘Man of the Millennium’ award.  His original dream was to change the salon industry to benefit salon owners, their team and their clients.  In 1982 the salon education system 3·6·5 was launched to educate, inspire and help hairdressers run truly great businesses.  In 1987 Salon Success became the sole UK distributor of Paul Mitchell® Luxury Hair Care.  Today we distribute and market these professional products throughout Europe to selected hairdressers.
