Making the most of your Salon Economies: Part Four
Salon Economies are areas within the salon to maximise focus with the goal of increasing sales and enhancing the guest experience. Each area represents an important guest touch point and by focusing on these economies salons can turn an ordinary experience into an extraordinary experience, and build guest loyalty and generate word of mouth recommendations.
Windows are the first place to start your customer journey! Eye catching displays, bold colours, and seasonal props can help draw customers in and show you as a professional and trustworthy salon. From sparkly Christmas displays, to warm and happy summer displays, windows are a fantastic way to help promote Take Homesm and communicate your salons personality 24 hours a day.
Why not try:
- Promote seasonal holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day by adding relevant props to your window (hearts and flowers are a good example!) and complimenting with colour ranges and sets you already stock – our styling range is fantastic for a red edge at valentines
- Communicate the brands you work with such as Paul Mitchell and 3·6·5 by displaying POP and window decals as this adds credibility to your salon
In Salon Display
Make the most of empty spaces in salon by creating small in-salon displays to promote a particular range or new products. Reuse existing window props for colour and themes and team them up with products to create an eye-catching display.
- Invest in some display materials such as tables from IKEA and add your latest product to create a talking point for your team and something for your guests to look at
- Utilise smaller POP materials such as tent cards to echo the displays in your salon windows.
